In order to use formulas on some komponents as mainly they are locked
So we can check/change some parameters value depending on our root global variable.
For me it will be for changing some positions on Calendar for example if I have set my gv scale as 60 or 120
I would love to see a text filter that converts numbers to Roman Numerals. I could see using that in clocks, a year line, calendars and other widgets. I don't think I'd be the only one who would appreciate it and as far as I can see, no other widget customizer offers the function. Thanks.

It would be great if gauge could be mapped on volumes as the battery for instance
I saw that a gauge can be mapped on the music volume (this is a start), but other volumes are missing.
In my case, the ringstone would be enough, but why not put them all?
(I know that I can by-pass the system using Tasker, but it would be far more easier if it was nativelly implemented)
It would be very useful to have a feature that would allow for searching of the presets formulas to locate and change any part/s of it in bulk, quick and simply.
in the left slide out menu, have an option called find/replace. clicking it would give you 2x text boxes "find" & "Replace". in the "find" box, type in a part of a formula (regex could be used with a tick box to activate it). in the "replace" field, you would put in the new formula or part of formula you wanted to replace the first text with. Kustom would
It'll follow the same concept as wi(wspeedm) - it'll return the temperature, but always in Celsius, meaning that even if you're on auto (the default), and in the US, or on Fahrenheit, the temperature given will remain in Celsius. wi(temp) wouldn't go anywhere if you want your temperature to follow the app settings for units.
I found reference to this idea on reddit from ten months ago (https://www.reddit.com/r/kustom/comments/453e9f/help_kwgt_set_more_than_3_alternative_locations/) but can't find it here - trying to use several weather forecasts but unable to go past locations defined in settings - custom timezone per layer would be fantastic! It feels limited in scope with only the three options for location, which seems out of character with the variability of the rest of the app..
I have read a few complaints by people that the reason they post their work in the Kustom Official Community is because that's the link offered to them from the editor. Perhaps a second link to the Kustom Gallery Community with a brief description explaining to use this link to post your work would save a bit of confusion.
Hello. Unfortunately now it's impossible to develop a good weather widget. Would it be possible to implement an hourly forecast voice? There are plenty of providers that allow that: Accuweather, Weather.com, Weather Underground and so on. What do you think?
It would be great if this could interact with the KLWP app. Like you can make a widget that makes an object rotate, for example.
It would be like this:
1. You set the animation to trigger on a "signal" and set an ID or a name for the signal
2. You go into KWGT and there in the touch, set it to "trigger animation" and then you put the trigger ID so when you touch it it triggers the animation on the wallpaper.
Hi! I'd like to suggest the introduction of a shortcut that can be accessed by third party apps that can change klwp global variables (mostly text and switch on/off).
In my specific case, I'd like to set gestures of my launcher (pinch, swipe) to change variables in order to show elements of my wallpaper.
Probably this can be done in some way by using tasker scripts, but having this natively would be great and allow a lot of cool interactions bypassing the use of another app running in background.
Do you think it is possible?
Hey, I just wanted to share something that I think you are missing in your app. I should be able to insert live wallpapers I already have in my Kustom wallpaper. That way I can combine an image with my live wallpaper since there are very few wallpapers that allow combining a costom image in them. Thanks, and I hope you add this feature.
